New Dawn Gardens is a Patio & Walkway expert that was founded in 1980 by Richard Miller who has degrees in both horticulture and landscape design. He subsequently trained in estate gardening at Dumbarton Oaks. Providing garden design, garden renovation, expert garden maintenance, organic pest control, tree and shrub plantings are just some of the many landscape and garden related services we provide. Our work includes garden design in Chevy Chase, Washington DC, Bethesda, Arlington, Alexandria and all other locations around the DC Metro Area. Richard, always mindful of your budget, will work with you personally to create an artistic space that reflects your gardening needs and tastes. New Dawn Gardens specializes in garden design, garden renovations, patio and container gardens, organic pest management and of course European and Japanese gardens, just to name few. ​Our goal is to maximize the enjoyment of your outdoor living space, creating your personal sanctuary.
